A Full IT HelpDesk for the Price of Lunch

Overview

An up and coming non for profit organization needs an internal IT Helpdesk for its headquarters & employees. A full time employee with desired qualification to be onsite is out of the question due to financial restraints, in addition to the small team, someone full time is not needed.

Challenge

The challenge here was to be the IT Department of this organization & create a solution for all employees and executives.

Solution

After much back and forth we asked employees what their most common issues were and how they though they should be helped in a cost efficient & time efficient manner. We decided on created a dedicated helpdesk for them inside of our support infrastructure in which all tickets are replied to within 12 hours or sooner. All this continues to exist at the cost of less than a daily lunch.

Results

The organization is able to not worry about their IT Issues, how they will pay for it, & can focus on doing what they do best, making a tremendous difference in the world!
